At ILL IT Solutions We will always take great care in looking after your data, not only do we conform to GDPR but any data we hold is held in strict confidence and for only as long as necessary. We understand how important personal data is. Any customer data that is stored is always stored password protected and in an encrypted format. We always advise if possible, you take a backup of any data on your computer prior to any work being undertaken and we can discuss any backup options with you if needed.

How Long will my repair/service take?

At ILL IT Solutions our aim for repairing most faults within 2-3 days, If we are required to order parts then most parts we can normally get on next-day delivery (subject to availability &Delivery cut-off times) We realise how difficult being without your computer as it most of your everyday life and we will always try to get it back to you as quickly as possible. keeping you updated along the way by text message or telephone call.

How much will my repair/service cost?

We always offer all solutions to the customer when repairing their devices you can choose the one that is best for you. for example, if your laptop screen needs replacing we will give you a total price for the work before starting. In the event we need to diagnose a fault first, we charge £50 labor which is waived if you go ahead with the repair. We don’t want you to have any nasty surprises; we want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we complete the work.

Can we replace cracked or Damaged Laptop screens?

Absolutely, we can repair if your laptop screen is Damaged/cracked most of the time it’s much cheaper than buying a new laptop. Contact Us today for a quote, if we have your laptop screen in stock this is a repair that subject to availability and can be done on the same day!

In our store we accept All Major credit and Debit cards, On our online store, we accept All Major credit and Debit cards along with Paypal. if ou would have another payment method you may wish to use please contact us and we will look into this for you.

Can I track my online order?

if purchasing with us online we will give you the option for a tracked delivery service if this is selected we will pass on tracking details to you so you can track your delivery when it is on its way to you.
